Strawberry White Chocolate Latte

Strawberry and white chocolate with coffee sounds a little unexpected—which is probably why I had to try it. It’s creamy, fruity, and just different enough from your everyday latte to make coffee at home feel a little more fun.

I got the idea from a Nespresso recipe, then made it my own. Because, as usual, the recipe is the guide. Cooking—or in this case, coffee—is the art.

Here’s the Recipe

Make It Your Own

Change the milk: Use dairy milk, oat milk, almond milk, or whatever you actually keep in your refrigerator.

Change the strawberry: Strawberry syrup is easy, but fresh strawberries can add more real fruit flavor.

Change the sweetness: White chocolate and strawberry can get sweet quickly, so adjust the syrup and chocolate to your taste instead of assuming more is always better.

Hot or iced? Make it whichever way sounds good that day. Coffee does not need this many rules.

Laura’s Tip

Treat drink recipes the same way you treat food recipes: taste as you go. Your coffee, milk, syrup, and sweet tooth are not identical to anyone else’s, so adjust until it tastes right to you.
